Implemented a cloud-based workflow automation solution for an e-commerce company to enhance team collaboration and process visibility for key supplier onboarding and HR admin workflows.

Built and maintained a data tracking and document management system for a financial institution to track due diligence assessments for new clients with reporting and workflow automation.

Built an automated lead outreach system that 1) identifies qualified B2B  leads from multiple online sources, 2) looks up contact info, 3) sends personalized outreach sequenced messages. System can be customized and scaled to generate reliable leads.

Created a knowledge-enhanced AI agent for a tutoring service to automatically respond to customer queries via email and messaging apps. 

Built an automation to generate project proposals and service agreements by pulling in client information, requirements and results of previous projects using smart knowledge retrieval.

Integrated multiple lead generation workflows to automatically update or retrieve data from a CRM system (HubSpot), eliminating manual entries and providing a centralized customer database for intelligent personalized lead interactions.

Automated a previously manual bank reconciliation process for a tutoring service that receives bank transfers from its students as payment, with automatic reminders to students for late payments.

Completed a data transformation project for a large insurance company, aggregating agents and brokers information from multiple sources into a single data repository. Then cleansed the data for duplicates and outdated records.
